This coffee is brisk; richness and body medium, analogous to a good light white wine delicate in body, with a pleasantly dry, snap.
Nicaragua Jinotega – Matagalpa
This coffee is delicate, mild flavor with a touch of nuts and chocolate, fair acidity, with medium to light body. Jinotega and Matagalpa produce the best-known Nicaraguan coffees.
